It's hard to say exactly how much a project will cost without knowing the specific details and scope of your project. It will depend on your own needs and requirements, but I would love to have a chat with you. Feel free to contact me so we can begin a discussion. Once I know everything I need to know about your project, I can prepare a bespoke quote for you.

At the start of your project, we'll examine your wishes and goals and establish a direction for your visual branding. This will set the parameters and guide the design process. Since you're involved in setting those parameters you can be confident your brand identity will be something you love.

I'm the only one in my design studio, but I partner with creatives in other fields when necessary for things like brand photography, video editing, video animation and copywriting.

Yes. I hand create all of my designs specifically for your organisation, product or service. I do not use templates, 'clip art' or recycled designs. I begin with building your brand strategy and determining your creative direction to ensure the brand concept I develop is one that will perfectly represent your values, your vision and your brand personality so it draws your dream clients towards you and your brand.

Project time frames can vary a lot depending on the scope of the project, how many revisions are required (two is the standard, any more will increase length of project), how quickly you respond with revisions/approvals etc. What current work commitments I have booked in place. Once we discuss your project, I'll be able to give you an estimate of the work involved and how quickly I can complete your project. Quality work takes time, but I do my best to give you a great turnaround. If you have a really tight deadline that you're working up against that you have to stick too, let's talk about it! If I'm able to fit an expedited project into my schedule, I will add an appropriate rush charge to your invoice (typically 20%).

My standard payment schedule is 50% down to start the project and the remaining 50% at the end of the project (but before final files, artwork is released). Clients that are on a retainer will be billed once per month.

Absolutely! one of the great aspects of my business is the ability to work with anyone, regardless of their location.

After your contract is signed and 50% deposit paid to secure your project. I will send over your client questionnaire for you to begin working. Once you complete this and return we can set up our brand consultation either in-person, by Skype or on the phone to get your project started.

I can help with a motto or tagline for your brand. However, when it comes to lengthy copy for brochures or websites, that's not a service I can provide. I am happy to send over some referrals of copywriters who may be a good fit for you.

You will be provided with all the files you will need to reproduce your logo for print, web and social media purposes. Your logo will be supplied in jpg, png, and vector formats. Any designed collateral can be provided as web or print ready artwork as required.

I will assign full copyright ownership to you upon completion of your project and settlement of my invoice.
