At the start of your project, we'll examine your wishes and goals and establish a direction for your visual branding. This will set the parameters and guide the design process. Since you're involved in setting those parameters you can be confident your brand identity will be something you love.

I'm the only one in my design studio, but I partner with creatives in other fields when necessary for things like brand photography, video editing, video animation and copywriting.

Yes. I create all of my designs bespoke, specifically for your business. I do not use templates, 'clip art' or recycled designs.  I begin with building your brand strategy and determining your creative direction to ensure the brand concept I develop is one that will perfectly represent your values, your vision and your brand personality so it draws your dream clients towards you and your brand.

Custom brand projects usually take on average 6-8 weeks to complete. However, project time frames can vary a lot depending on the scope of the project, how many revisions are required (two is the standard, any more will increase length of project), how quickly you respond with revisions/approvals etc. What current work commitments I have booked in place. Once we discuss your project, I'll be able to give you an estimate of the work involved and how quickly I can complete your project. Quality work takes time, but I do my best to give you a great turnaround. If you have a really tight deadline that you're working up against that you have to stick too, let's talk about it! If I'm able to fit an expedited project into my schedule, I will add an appropriate rush charge to your invoice (typically 20%).

My standard payment schedule is 40% deposit to secure your spot in my diary. 30% payable on sign off of brand strategy and creative direction, remainder 30% due on completion (and before hand over of final design assets).

After your contract is signed and 40% deposit paid to secure your project. I will send over your client questionnaire for you to begin your homework. Once you complete this and return we can set up our brand consultation by Zoom to get your project started.

I can help with a motto or tagline for your brand. However, when it comes to lengthy copy for brochures or websites, that's not a service I can provide. I am happy to send over some referrals of copywriters who may be a good fit for you.

You will be provided with all the files you will need to reproduce your logo for print, web and social media purposes. Your logo will be supplied in jpg, png, and vector formats (svg & eps). Any designed collateral can be provided as web or print ready artwork as required.

For all brand projects, I will assign full copyright ownership to you upon completion of your project and settlement of my invoice.
