The Midlife Haven exists because Shiona believes in creating a safe, caring environment for women to take control of their wellbeing and have their best midlife! Her vision is to help women thrive, not survive and embrace their journey through menopause. Shiona approached me when she was about to publish her first book and felt the timing was perfect to rebrand.

Shiona has a caring, calm but fun and innovative approach to her coaching which influenced the direction for her rebrand. The use of bright, fresh colours for her brand colour palette was to resonate with her target audience who wish to feel empowered and supported. It also needed to reflect Shiona's bold personality and her love for the sea & the coast.
